What is the client involvement in the design process?
Every logo design project is a collaborative process between Hire 72 and the client. We encourage your input, bring us any samples, colour combinations, as well as any ideas that you might have to help us determine the direction and style of your new logo.
Throughout the design process, the client is asked to review, as well as provide feedback and revisions.
What happens if I require more than the set amount of revisions?
Maybe you are part of a larger team or have a partner that has a different vision than you do. When possible we try to delegate one or have as few creative points of contact with your company. This reduces the chances of having too many creative differences. It is also possible that you may come up with a new idea at some point after the creative process has begun which could result in creating extra work and require more concepts or revisions than originally agreed upon. If this is the case, we will advise you and get your approval of any additional billable hours ( at our rate of $120/hr ) before proceeding. Whatever we do, we will make sure you are comfortable and aware of any change to any of our agreements and can make informed decisions.
How long does it take to complete a logo?
Getting a logo created on time requires proper communication and timely client feedback. The logo design process is a time consuming process due to it being creative in nature. We go to painstaking lengths to ensure that you happy with your new logo design. On average it can take between 2 to 3 weeks to complete the logo design process.
Will I own my logo once it’s done?
The answer is YES, once complete the logo and all the files are 100% your intellectual property.
